  Went here to sell a phone and was told it will be tested and I'll hear back at some point later in the day. I then had a call saying phone failed testing. Went back to collect and was told the failure was the phone not connecting to be tested. Then in front of me they tried again and it worked. So I left the phone there to be tested and expected a payout in the next 1-2days. After hearing nothing from them or any payout, I went again to store and this time round was bluntly told it failed on battery health. This is where it gets funny. When I had the phone back, they left the test software open and it clearly showed that it passed all angles including having a GOOD battery! I even then re-ran the test myself and it came back fully passed. So what i did was take it to another branch the same day and funnily enough, received payment within 2 hours after dropping it off. Never will be using this branch again as it seems they eithet CAN'T BE BOTHERED or are incompetent to carry out normal tasks correctly.

  Dropped something in after doing Drop and Go online. They claim next day by noon, you will get payment. 6 days later no payment. Customer support email will only reply to you once a day. Absolute joke trying to get my money for a product of mine in MINT condition. You’ve held onto property of mine for 6 days now.

  Was going to buy some cheap £1 dvds,they looked dirty and scratched , I asked if they could clean them but was told it costs more to clean than they are worth !??? So cex will sell you dirty and scratched but if i tried to sell them dirty and scratched items they wouldn't buy them , rubbish customer service .

  Ok to buy items but they expect items to be perfect condition before buying, sell online for a better price

  Everything was quick especially the staff members are very polite and professional. Especially the gentleman with beard was very efficient and dealing with him was very nice. Thanks.
